exposure gained; learning is continuous. preparation:none. experimented on my partner and to make her experience the heartthrobing, exhilarating moment of a tournament. the result --- physical pain; endurance and bolt from the blue education. lesson learned - - learn, train, practice.

Getting Ready
slightly sick all day but need to get up for my pre tournament practice. Got my favorite tool fixed and i think it's a little bit heavy. i don't know if it can help me with my play tomorrow. Be meeting my partner and practice plays for the tourney. the sports is high demanding and physically strenous. . . . . .. this is badminton. . . . . .

Choose your sports
Why settle for anything lesser when you can do better? Our body has been designed to withstand and endure heavy beatings. One feature is the two legs of a young child can hold high a two tonner car. More than that, our skeletal structures has hundreds of shock absorbing points to tolerate massive gravity weight loads and excessive shaking. So....................
why settle for walking, gardening, running, . . . . . . when you can do higher . . . like heavy badminton, like mountain biking, like scuba diving.
